Finish Project Feelings

Well it all over... the video at least.

What a huggeee weight taken off of my shoulders.

I have learned so much about the video making process and how difficult it can actually be. I feel like a bit of a perfectionist and I keep finding thing i can make better, but its at a point where i need to step away and move on. I am pretty happy on how it came out. I feel like the story it clear, the shots (for the most part) arent awkward, and the best part of it all, i had alot of fun making it. As you know by now, me and Emily are best friends and us making this video is something we have never done before. We had sooo many bloopers of us laughing, starting mid-way through the clip, and me forgetting that im recording for like a minute.

The was a point where in every single class that day, i would edit the video cause i was just so in the zone of editing. So much so that my finger would be stiff and the end.

If we were to go back and do it all again, i think i would do it Wes Anderson inspired. Even though it would be pretty hard, there is just something so satisfying about the symmetry and the bright color pallet.

I would say the best moment during the process, was during the bathroom scene. Emily was brushing her teeth and the tooth brush she was using was an old, chewed up brush. It was just so gross and we had to put sooo much toothpaste to get a good lather going. A close second would be the reversing into the trash can shot. We had to that shot only like 5 times but setting it up just right was hard. We probably looked so crazy yelling at each other. (i am very sorrry to my new neighbors trash can)

it doesnt look that gross here but i promise it was

Overall, i am very proud on how the video came out and you can see it in the next bloggggg!!!!!
