Prop and Set Uses

 Welcome back my amazing followers!! We will be discussing how we used different props and the set to help tell the story. As I previously said, i have been gathering random junk from fast food and chip bags for props. It was all to contribute to the idea that she was messy and maybe a little bit depressed from how much she let pile up. But in contrast, the white sheets is supposed to be her trying to get her life together.

 

My room is naturally very messy and cluttered, but that was the main reason i wanted to film in my room because as my mom says "its not good for my mental state". The props is the main indicator on what's going on in Cathy mind since from her body language, it not as apparent. We also want to convey that Cathy is feeling burnt out, so that additionally adds the reason of the messy room.

Next we move on to the bathroom. 

A lot of this stuff is just extra stuff that is mine... But there is makeup and toothpaste smudges to show her careless personality. As the clip progresses the bathroom gets messier and messier, and ofc she just leaves it there as she leaves. We still have more to go but the next plan is to reuse the same bags from that first scene, to dirty it up
