What if....ANY ACTOR

 Thisss is part two (and final part) of my What if mini series!!! And today we will be talking about what ifffff I had any actorrr. For day one, I knew that Sophia Lillis is PERFECT to play Cathy. Hopefully Emily doesn't see this and get jealous. 

If you don't know who Sophia Lillis is, let me give you a quick rundown. Sophia Lillis is an American actress who rose to fame for her portrayal of Beverly Marsh in the horror movie, It. She has also appeared in movies like Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase and Gretel & Hansel. But what makes her the perfect fit for Cathy in Embers? 

Sophia Lillis has a youthful and innocent appearance, which makes her ideal for playing a 17-year-old girl like Cathy. She also has a natural acting ability that allows her to bring a character to life with ease. This would be especially important for Embers as Cathy is the only character that will be featured in the movie opening. Another reason why I think Sophia Lillis is perfect for the role of Cathy is that she has already played a character who is dealing with inner turmoil. In It, Beverly Marsh struggles with an abusive father and a deep-seated fear of growing up. These are similar themes that will be explored in Embers as we see Cathy struggle with the burnout that comes with being a teenager. 

She has a great range as an actress, which would allow her to capture both the lighter and darker moments of Cathy's daily routine. From the mundane and monotonous aspects of getting ready for work to the more intense and emotional moments of her day, Sophia Lillis could bring Cathy to life in a truly compelling way. I couldn't imagine anyone else playing the role of Cathy in Embers. Sophia Lillis is the perfect fit for the character, and I can only hope that one day this movie opening will become a full-length feature film with her in the lead role.
